Excellent quality. In our dive club we have been using this device for several years. Great idea of the location of goods.

Poor quality zippers had to be replaced after a year when the teeth broke and the zipper pull itself was rusting steel. My local tailor did it well with higher quality all nylon zippers, but for $56 a pair I expected them to last longer.

No physical stop for the zipper. 3 of us had our zipper fall of & split open.

Good concept but rather poor execution. The stitching is not straight and the zipper broke on one of the two pockets after a while - not a sturdy finish at all contrary to product description.

A decent alternative or complement to cambands and spine systems to secure weights to your backplate, this setup offers the benefit of making it trivial to add or remove weights, even possibly during a dive (although with the help of a buddy), thanks to the lateral zipper opening. However bolts are not provided, which was not clear from the product description and a major disappointment upon opening the package (they are a pain to procure in some areas). Also, the stitching is not top quality and actually deviated to the point of reducing the lifespan on one of the two pockets (your mileage may vary).
